Impressive quality of food; prices are not that bad Considering you are dinning inside an airport.
The food prices are decent but the wine prices are ridiculous!!! Know that going into the scene.

We checked in with the hostess and she immediately ask us if we're OK waiting 20 minutes to get our food served to us. They were packed and I'm not surprised it's one of the nicest bars/restaurant inside the terminal.
The hostess was a little rude and abrupt but we continued anyways. We sat in a booth and was greeted by our very nice waiter, Ricardo! He is a serving angel, such a great mood and made sure we always had what we needed. They need to clone him!

The food was really good and tasty. We had the following items-

Tenderloin Steak Sliders- $16.25. Cooked just right and tasted even better

Lobster Quesadillas- $13.85  the salsa was impressive as it was fresh! No picante here.

Artichoke and Goat Cheese Flatbread- $11.99 yummy! And it was super thin crust which in my mind I say low calories.

Heirloom tomato caprese salad- $11.99 it was ok.

Overall I wish they had more restaurants! We also ordered their "house wine" Jack House $17.63 for a 9oz pour- YIKES!!!  At least it was good.

Avoid this place like your life depended on it. I came here early morning (530am-6am) only restaurant that is open during this time in terminal E. Biggest regret of my life, i should have known when the hostess Rose was telling everyone in line that the wait was 40 mins to an hour that it was gonna be a horrible experience.

Mind you the wait WAS NOT 40 mins to an hour. She was saying this to put off people from staying in line. I noticed as the 3 times i witnessed people in line hear this and 2-3 people would leave, she would immediately sit the next person in line. After i realized this, i discovered my 40 min wait turned into 10 mins.

Clearly this is just a company that doesn't give a shit about customer service or how the staff interact and present themselves to customers. Everyone looked miserable. But mind you while you wait to be seated you are in perfect view of a huge screen portraying this white man called Jack Nicklauson or whatever. On all the things he has done and all the buildings in his name so that's fun.

You are better off going to harvest ground which is literally next to this place. Don't waste your time here don't waste your money.

Who ever runs this restaurant has no business in the service industry. As soon as we entered the restaurant we felt the negativity by the entire staff. Everyone was wondering around not knowing what to do. Customers including us were left waiting for a simple drink. Finally someone approached us and asked if anyone had helped us. When we replied no, she replied by saying that I guess she had to take our order and pass it along. As we sat there you could see and hear the staff just chatting and not paying attention to the customers. We witnessed a man wait for at least 15 minutes before someone approached him. If you're expecting service with a smile, then this is not your place.

Their food was blend but what can you expect from airport food. Unfortunately there's not many options at this airport so they get away with it.

    1. It's in the airport so be prepared to find drink prices to be on the expensive side
    2. It's in the airport so don't expect for food to be amazing
    3. It's in the airport so service can be hit or miss

Having that out the way...  This is the best option on this terminal for drinks and food.  Bar area, plus enough tables and booths to sit a lot of the people waiting for their flights to take off.  They offer appetizers, salads, sandwiches, flatbreads, entrees and sides.  Plus specialty drinks and a full bar.

I've experienced it both ways - seating down (service was slow) and at the bar (a bit quicker).
If in a group, of course I would prefer a table and talk among ourselves but when alone or with just one more person, the bar (as mentioned) is faster and more fun.  You get to chat with the bartender(s) and make conversation with the other patrons.

The food is OK - some dishes better than others, I personally would stick to appetizers and flatbreads, maybe a salad.  Portions are big so the prices are fair.  Drinks is where you might spend the most $ of your bill but hey, not many other options for this (if any other) so, it is what it is.  Take it or leave it.

If you decide to make it, you can take advantage of their USB ports and plugs - some at the bar and others places on the walls by the booth tables.  A lot of them seem broken but you might get lucky and find one that works available.  They also have TV(s) so that helps pass the time as well

So, you're already stuck at the terminal, especially if delayed, so might as well make the best out of it with a bite to eat or a drink, and a bit more comfortable chair than at the gate.  For this, Jack Nicklaus is A-OK!

I wish I had checked Yelp before ordering - could have saved myself from the giant poblano pepper on top of my burger. I'm confused why this wasn't mentioned - I didn't eat it, but just the juices on the bread made my mouth burn. I feel like this needs to be added to the description of the item.

Service wasn't bad  - price is crazy for what you get, as are all airport prices.
